Bruce Willis celebrates 68th birthday with family amid dementias battle.

Bruce Willis, the beloved Hollywood actor, celebrated his 68th birthday with his family and friends despite being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia earlier this year. He appeared to be in good spirits as he blew out the candles on his cake while everyone sang Happy Birthday.

His ex-wife, Demi Moore, shared a heartwarming video of the celebration on her Instagram account, expressing her happiness at being able to celebrate the occasion with Willis and their family. The video showed Willis surrounded by his current wife, Emma Heming, and his five children, Rumer, Scout, Tallulah, Mabel, and Evelyn, as well as several visitors and a dog. Willis stumbled twice during the celebration, but took it all in good humour, grinning and making hand signals while his family laughed and hugged him.

Willis has had a successful career in Hollywood, starring in blockbuster films such as the Die Hard franchise, Pulp Fiction, and The Sixth Sense, and has received numerous awards and accolades. He has also released three music albums and made his Broadway debut in 2015.

In February 2023, Willis' family revealed that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, which had caused him to resign from acting due to aphasia, a disorder that affects speech and language. Despite this diagnosis, Willis appeared to be enjoying himself at his birthday celebrations.

The diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia, a degenerative brain disorder that affects behaviour, language, personality, and memory, has undoubtedly been challenging for Willis and his family. However, they remain proud of his courage and strength throughout this difficult time. Although there is no cure for this condition, treatments can help manage symptoms and slow down their progression.

On his 68th birthday, we wish Bruce Willis a joyous celebration with his loved ones and a lot of love and support from his fans around the world.
