Boston Bruins Extend Winning Streak to Four as Pastrnak Scores 40th Goal of the Season

The Boston Bruins continued their winning streak on Sunday, defeating the New York Rangers 4-1. Forward David Pastrnak led the way for the Bruins, scoring two goals and reaching a milestone of 40 goals for the season. Pastrnak's two goals put him in a tie for third in the league in goals scored this season.

In addition to Pastrnak's performance, goaltender Jeremy Swayman played a key role in the Bruins' victory, making 33 saves on 34 shots. The rookie goaltender has been impressive in his first season with the team, posting a 2.24 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage.

The win improves the Bruins' record to 30-20-5 on the season, good for fourth place in the Atlantic Division. The team has been playing well lately, winning their last four games and going 7-3-0 in their last ten.

The Bruins will look to continue their winning ways when they face off against the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday. The Sabres have struggled this season and currently have the worst record in the league, so the Bruins will be looking to take advantage and extend their winning streak to five games.
